CHIEF BOILER OPERATOR
We are offering the position of Chief Boiler Operator. The job is result-oriented and requires a high level of responsibility and professional knowledge in the operation and maintenance of boiler equipment.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the technical operation rules for the steam boiler KE 2.5/14.
- Ability to read boiler house process diagrams, including:
- thermal, steam and water supply networks and external heat lines;
- fuel supply schemes;
- schematics of relay protection, automatic and regulating devices, instrumentation, signalling and communication systems.
- Understanding of the operating principles and adjustment of the ATMOS DC 100 pyrolysis boiler.
- Experience in organising department work and personnel management is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production and economic activities of the boiler house.
- Organise the work of the unit, recruit and supervise personnel.
- Ensure uninterrupted steam supply for production.
- Control the safe operation of equipment and compliance with technical operation and fire safety rules.
- Meet specific fuel consumption norms for steam production.
- Implement measures to improve efficiency: save fuel, heat, and electricity; reduce the cost of producing heat, steam and compressed air.
- Maximise use of production capacity and ensure efficient operation of equipment.
- Organise interaction with contracting companies.
Working conditions:
- Location: Kyiv Region, Vyshhorod District, Lebedivka village.
- Working hours: 09:00 — 18:00.
